I’ve been buying bagels in NA since day one and I have to say, today I Am very disappointed!!!!
I bought a dozen everything bagels before heading to my visit my son and his family. I opened the bag and couldn’t believe what I saw!!! I had a bag of mini bagels which looked 40 % smaller than usual. I hope this is not a new trend!!! I’ll be back to try again. Thanks for listening!!!

Good Morning I've been coming to Perfecto's Caffe for years and I got a tuna bagel and there was hair in it by then the store was closed I've been trying to contact contact customer service and I haven't got anyone and attached is a copy of the picture needless to say I didn't eat it I threw it out very disappointed

Been coming here for a while now, gotten the lox sandwich on a focaccia bagel and let me tell you it was delicious! My daughter loves the French toast bagel & they have the best chocolate chunk cookies!

3 of my 5 visits there they either screwed up my order or completely neglected it, making me wait double. Very disorganized serving process.
Food itself, esp the omelette, as bland as I've ever eaten.
It must have taken great effort to actually fail making a decent lox bagel, but somehow they managed. One is greeted by a thin layer of cream cheese w small clump of lox placed in the very center instead of spreading over entire surface. Hey, it's not meant to be a Tootsie Pop!
Can't believe I still tipped. Never again.

Super friendly ,very helpful, nice quick set up! Very clear! It’s all in the name! Super perfect! Very tasty! I had the pleasure of trying their homemade chive cream cheese on a bagel! Decent selection my only issue was WAY to much cream cheese on my sandwich. Hand to take some off. But other than that delicious

I haven't been to Perfectos for a year. I was in line at Butcher Boy for my meats. I have been to Perfecto before the best French Toast Bagel I ever had with Maple Butter. Easy to eat 2 in a row, coffe is great as well.
