Dunkin'

Contrary to the other reviews,I personally will NOT go to any other Dunkin but this location. They make the ice coffee just right,not too sweet but not bland. They always make my egg and cheese wake up wrap like it should,not overcooking or burning it like other locations have.The few discrepancies I've had the manager AND assistant manager have been incredibly easy to talk to and work with. Do I get a few powdered munchkins when I ask for only chocolate? Sure. But that's happened anywhere I go to dunkin,the employees have to work with what's available. So if your not much of a Karen or Kyle,this should be your go to place for coffee and donuts.

Specifically my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts because in the morning I get a sm iced coffee and sometimes a breakfast (amazing iced coffee ever from this location) in the after I get a sm sweet iced tea no lemon (and 5% of the time it’s a little to sweet) amazing. So I recommend this specific Dunkin’ Donuts in Norristown and good staff

NOPE! Too many bad experiences! Question: How is it, that two people are behind the counter, there are no costumers except myself, there is no drive thru to create further distraction, yet still my order was incorrect. That means that the two brains behind that counter....put together are worthless. In this case, 1+1=0. NOPE! NOT AGAIN....Too many bad experiences!

People are gonna stop ordering coffee from you guys because you stopped sealing the drinks on delivery orders. Just as the customer want their food protected, they want their drinks protected as well. And when the delivery driver can literally remove the lid, the person who orders the coffee dumps it out and never order again. It doesn't take much to place the drink in a small bag and staple it.

I wish you could give no stars. I ordered from this Dunkin’ Donuts three times on DoorDash and all three times they messed up. All time’s I got two turkey sausage croissants with cheese and extra turkey sausage. No time have I got my extra turkey sausage. The first time my coffee was a little to sweet second time to sweet to drink,(pure sugar). Second time gave the wrong donuts and they was soaked from the sugar with a little coffee. I tried to give them a chance hoping they could get it right but again I was wrong. I will be going up there on my break to complain and hopefully get my money back. I just don’t understand how you get it wrong 3 times when all you have to do is read what the person wants!!! Guess I’ll go back to WaWa at least they get it right. I guess they hire people who can read.👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
