30-50 min wait time from the moment you stand in line to the moment to receive food. You might see as many as 5 employees but none taking orders only walking from side to side. Now I avoid it if I see a line and go to any other place in the food court. Plus side is the food is good but it’s so badly managed.

THIS IS ONE METRO PCS IN HARLEM PLAZA THAT YOU NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY PRINTED ON THEIR RECEIPT THEY OUR NOT TRUSTWORTHY! ESPECIALLY THEIR MANAGER . PLEASE SHOP AT THEIR CORPORATE STORE , AND ASK IF THEY ARE CORPORATE .

The worst localization I’ve been. There is always problem with everything. I ordered online meal for 6 people and didn’t get even one fortune cookie. My husband went to pick up the order and had to wait 45 minutes. He didn’t get everything what I ordered. You have to keep an eye on them all the time if you want to get everything as you ordered. It wasn’t just one time. It’s every time I go at this location. One star is to much for them !!!

Slowest experience I've ever had. The staff here is untrained and slower than a turtle I spent my lunch break waiting in line. They had one person on the line I felt bad for them very bad management. The place opens at 11 but don't come until 12 that's when they'll have everything prepared. Worst panda express I've ever been at. I came back here to pick up dinner and my god. There's 1 person trying to serve a line that stretches half way thru the food court. The management needs to learn how to schedule people. The popeyes next door has 3 people at the register along with the McDonald's. But this panda just doesn't want to have more people on the line to serve food. It's ridiculous i might as well drive to the village crossing one it'll take the same time to drive there and back before I get up front here. Avoid this location unless you want to waste time.
