Ihop

I guess my experience at IHOP was just awesome. Blessed to be assisted by hardworking servers. It was a busy Saturday Morning , but got our seat in no time. Understandable to be seen over 5 mins by our designated server since we still had to check out the menu, but the food was served hot and yummy! We definitely enjoyed our breakfast.

First of all I know it's mother's day and I was expecting it to be busy. We were a party of 5, we get there at 9:00 am, and we are told 25-30minutes for a wait. We get called at 10:05. They sat is down at a table that wasn't cleaned off. Our server didn't show up until 10 minutes later. He took our orders and didn't come back with our drinks for another 15 minutes. The time was 11:04 when the server finally brings 2 of our orders ( but no pancakes) to the table says that the rest will be out shortly. He brings the pancakes and says again the the rest should be out shortly. The food he had brought out was under cooked and looked old. He finally comes back with 1 more order and it was cold like if was just sitting there. I told him to take my order back because it wasn't edible. He apologized and left. It was 11:30 when we weren't going to wait for the other 2 orders to come out. I told the hostess to cancel our orders because we were leaving. We were surprised because the other tables around us were getting their food. The manager never came out, but then again I never asked to speak to him. I did pay for one order that was 1/2 eaten and the drinks. We spent almost 2 hours waiting for eggs, bacon and pancakes. We've been here before and never had a bad experience like this. And no I never raised my voice or cursed at the staff.

Just left this IHOP and it was horrible! The bacon that came with our meal had turned, the hash browns were cold and the fruit was rotten! How are you going to serve people rotten food?! My son could of gotten very sick. Then the manager was not there to address these issues. The assistant manager apologized but still that is unacceptable! Don’t think I will ever go there ever again! Shame on you IHOP for serving this food to your customers! On top of that we had to ask the server multiple times for condiments (which I ended up going over to someone else and ask them for it). Just an all around horrible experience! Save your money and go somewhere else to eat, don’t take the chance on getting sick and bad service!

we went at 730pm on a Friday night... when we walked in there was only one table seated...and they were leaving. So we were the only table. our server was nice, she was new, food was average. They had overhead music on... kind of like dance/pop-rap music at a semi loud volume... it seemed like an inappropriate choice for a restaurant. Because it was so empty, we could also hear the kitchen staff's music playing from the kitchen. A concopheny of conflicting sounds. Maybe that's why it was empty? The server was nice, the food was average, small portions, booth seats had crumbs on them, I feel bad for the servers there... if no one comes to eat at night... no money to be made... but it is a breakfast place... and apparently not that great of an atmosphere for dinner.... management should reassess music choice, cleaning standards, kitchen rules, and maybe things will pick up. They're open until Midnight on weekends... and the place was empty at 8. If you like empty restaurants, this is your dinner go-to for small portioned snacks.
