They will let people they know cut in front of you in line and at the same time also not honor your "loyalty member" card. Used to be very friendly, but something has changed... I will not continue to be a "loyal" member.

When I come to the HIP mall I usually go to Sbarro and snag a pep pizza. Solid pizza.

The pizza is OK but the employees are not so pleasant. I rarely get food from Sbarro in general (not really my favorite) but the last two times I got a free cheese pizza for my birthday, the employees were very reluctant to give it to me, as if they were paying for it from their pocket. Both times they tried to find a reason not to give it to me.
