This is my favorite taco bell location (and that is saying something, because I love taco bell). They have always gotten my order right and it has always been clean when I have went. They have gone above and beyond it make sure I am happy. Love it here

The food came out decent for a Taco Bell. Really enjoyed the new chalupa thing. But the restaurant was nasty and very dirty. The vents in the bathroom looked like they were discharging the nastiest ooze I've ever seen.

I try my hardest not to leave a negative review, always giving a place the benefit and looking at the positive but I can't remain silent anymore!! This Taco Bell location is horrible. EVERY single time I go here I am disappointed in the quality and the service.

It took longer to get my 19cent inchange back than it did to get my food. Cashier had blinged out nails that were atleast 2in long. And she definitely couldn't work in them.

I've been here 3 times and my food has been messed up every time. Today I asked for light ice in my coffee. The cashier sounded very annoyed and my coffee was only half full and there was some object in my coffee that looked like it came from a syrup pump. My breakfast burrito was also in the form of a disfigured crunchwrap rather than a burrito and there was no sauce.

I was here for about 30 minutes and in that time the floors were not swept where there was obviously lettuce, cheese, and general trash on the floor. The tables were not cleaned. There were food crumbs, sauce packets, or wet marks from cups on about 1/3 of all of the tables. The drink area was just gross. Overall the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Definitely not coming back.

When you go make sure you check that your food is correct! They just throw everything in a bag any kind of way and stuff is forgotten. The quality is not worth the price.

The BEST TACO BELL IN NORMAN!! They always have great customer service and fresh food!! I never eat anywhere else after I found this gem!!
