We happened upon this unimpressive restaurant. They take cash or check. Nothing fancy but we will go back! Gyro was amazing. My hubby ordered Gyro Salad and loved every bite. I took home half of my meat. It was piled so high, I couldn't eat it all. I ordered Baklava, it was a bit dry. Don't judge a book by it's cover on this one. Yum!

The Greek House is a no frills Greek Restaurant. The shaved Gyro meat is the best I’ve ever had. This restaurant is cash only, they do not take credit or debit cards; the menu is very affordable. Be advised if you order a salad the lettuce is iceberg lettuce. I also ordered falafel and baklava which were very good, if you like Gyros or Gyro meat this is the place to visit. I highly recommend the Greek house.

I got the gyro plate and was not disappointed. The meat is always tender and the side salad was tasty! The fries are crispy as well which is definitely a plus.

Very tasty Greek restaurant near OU Football Stadium. The only drawback is cash or check only, no credit/debit card BUT they do have an ATM inside the store. I would definitely come back if I’m in Norman again!

Oh my god! This place has been serving the best Greek food for decades. They’ve expanded the seating a little but the menu has not changed one bit in 30 years. My wife and I have to eat here whenever we are in Norman so we can talk about the good old college days. Don’t you love it when great food triggers happy memories?

I wish they had the Greek Chicken and more traditional Greek dishes. They only have the Gyro meet and a basic salad with olives, onion and tomato. The dressing on the salad is very good. The Tzatziki sauce was cool and tangy and tasted like fresh homemade. The fries were basic fast food stick fries.
I'm still searching for that really good Greek family owned restaurant as its my favorite food.

I've been coming here since my parents brought me in diapers, and Greek House is still one of my favorites. It's one of Norman & OU's 'must try's, and I always try to stop in when I'm in town.
