Delicious! They have a great variety to choose from! We got Sausage, brisket (asked for it to be chopped), half a bird and a turkey sandwich. Ha no pictures of the food, because we were too hungry to stop for a photo. Great service as well! I highly recommend & you betcha we will be back!

Delicious barbecue for a reasonable price. I was treated kindly by energetic and friendly staff members who explained the menu since I'd never been there before. I love the condiment station. They have everything you would need sitting out, including wax paper, to-go bags, and Ziploc bags for extra condiments to take with you. The atmosphere was relaxed on a Tuesday evening. I sat in the covered patio area which was well-heated on a cold night. Both versions of barbecue sauce were killer.

Ordered the brisket, prime rib, sausage, corn, beans, and potato salad. For a BBQ chain, it is solid and highly recommend this place.

Once a waiter forgot one of my sandwich, we waited longer than usual and then he came with mine and told us that one is for free.
Today I was cleaning the basket before leaving, with foods to-go in hand. Accidentally dropped on the ground, all the beef were ruined. It took a Rudy's gentleman, what, five seconds to show up with a dustpan, helped me wrapped up the mass, went and grab a new one for me. And did not charge me with the new one. He smiles all the time also BTW.

Every time I have ate here, it has never failed to be great bbq! This time I got the brisket sandwich. That buttery bun with slight crispy edges just compliment that brisket so well. The potato salad is a nice, creamy combination of Mayonnaise and mustard. My son got the half chicken and he loved it's tenderness. The chocolate pudding has crushed Oreos and whipped cream. It's a nice finish to the meal. You order and get your food at the counter, then go sit where you like and enjoy!

Used to a fan of this place, but lately it has really let me down. Brisket isn't smoked, or isn't smoked as long as they used to, tastes more like it was steamed or cooked in the oven. This also causes it to not be as tender as it should be. Flavor should come from the meat, not the sauce if it is good 'cue, and this is definitely not good BBQ.
Other locations in Texas are still good, but this location tastes more like what a cafeteria, or a hotel might pass off as BBQ. Best to find somewhere else for BBQ in Norman
