NON COVID COMPLIANCE - CIGARETTE SMOKING LOSS PREVENTION/ LOCAL DWELLERS OUTSIDE DAILY I've visited this location three times since last week. The first experience was the best; a lackluster customer service experience and a crowded store with people not wearing masks at all. My second and third visits were both terrible. The second visit I walked in, waited for about 5 minutes without acknowledgement from the woman working, she was filling out paperwork. At some point she told me the other person working was the only one working. She was folding boxes. Not pqyi mg attention. Two men who were also there outside smoking cigarettes on my third visit, not wearing a mask on either visit, encroached my personal space within less than 6 feet both times. The cigarette smoking is occurring within 6 feet of the door. This is a super, super terrible business. I wish BP still owned it.

Awful experience. Will never return...even if I run out of gas in front of this place. I walked in to get my receipt after purchasing gas. After waiting for BOTH of the people behind the registers to look up from there phones to get my receipt. I also purchased an item and as I walked out of the door I realized that I had been handed the wrong thing. So I walked back in and the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes at me and said she could not exchange it because I had left the store. I had my receipt in hand and had not even made it to my vehicle yet. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
