3 am Saturday 4/9/2022; I am more than upset with how I was treated at this 711. Everything was great until I went up to the register and told the cashier I needed to use my ebt card. She immediately started talking under her breath saying she doesn't understand why I have an ebt card, when I asked her what she had said she repeated herself and said I dont "look" like someone who should be able to use this type of card. Well I'm sorry but how does one "look" like they should have access to an EBT card. I kept full composure and stated that from time to time everyone needs some kind of help. She laughed said ohhh OK, well I hope someone picks you up and takes care of you. I don't need to use food stamps." At this point I am in actual shock that this is a conversation I'm having with someone, especially someone who works in the store. I lost it when she said well I don't think you have kids you dont look like you have any children. She wasn't the only person in the store at the time, there was a gentleman stocking the shelves beside the doughnuts. He never bothered to come out or to say a word. There were multiple customers in the store and at the register waiting behind me. I was beyond mortified. I haven't been disrespected like this by any employee at any store ever. I have no idea why she decided today was the day, but it wasn't. 711 has lost a customer for life.

Keep driving. The 10 homeless men standing outside should have been a red flag but I went in anyway. Instead of just asking for change outside, One homeless man followed me inside, proceeded to follow me to the drink coolers, waited until I grabbed a soda, then he grabbed himself 2 giant beers and asked me to pay for them, i told him no. I then went to the cashier to let him know there were 8 to 10 of them loitering outside making people uncomfortable and he explained that he can't do anything about it. So I won't ever stop here again.

Never have I been to a convenient store with an employee like this one. The male staff who works overnights is a complete and total mental case. I watched him harass a female when she walked in and she told him politely that she was not interested and he went off on her. He made her wait at the counter while he served six or seven customers before her and then he gave her a complete attitude when he was handling her purchase. When she walked out of the store, all he did was talk badly about her and call her names. He rushes people through their purchases and he just seems like he would rather be anywhere else but here. The rest of the staff is friendly and cordial and they are all awesome.

Went in there today at 2.20pm was very disgusted. Line was all the way to back of store, only 1 casher out front. There was no fresh coffee, No coffee cups no were. The coffee area was so dirty and nasty. Trash was full and had cups holding them open. I Took pictures just couldn't believe how bad it looked around the coffee .
