This is the worse taco bell in history. I have gone here 3 times in the last year and everytime they get it wrong. This morning at 10:52 the menu board still reads breakfast is served till 11am. So I ask, are you still serving breakfast and I was told no. So I proceeded with my order for lunch instead. I asked for Naco fries as it's still advertised on menu board and was told we don't serve them anymore. Okay so as I pull for payment and food she confirms that I wanted black beans on everything instead of meat. So how the heck did I still get meat on my taco. Seriously, and the crunch wrap fell apart as soon as I attempted to eat it. Just the worse. I also got my meal at 10:58 still before 11am by the way. My advice let this one close like everything else around here. Take the few minutes to go down to the other little creek road location.

This location is trash. I paid for extra beef and added steak and extra steak and didn't get anything. I won't be returning to this taco bell. I don't advise anyone to go there. They're very stingy even when you pay for it.

Advertised to close at 3, closed earlier than 10:40pm. The worst Taco Bell experience I have had in my entire life. Workers were horrible in accommodating customers, even after calling and reminding them they were still open. Close the location or hire new employees. Completely unacceptable.

I would give a zero if I could. I have had multiple issues with the store. I have given them more than enough chances. Today was the worst, most disrespectful experience to date and is why I am choosing to leave this review. I mostly order through the mobile app. I can't describe how many times my order is missing an item or made incorrectly. I had four separate orders today. Chose to pick up from drive thru. At the speaker the lady said we have four orders with that name. I said it was all four orders. Upon getting home and handing out orders, I realize a while order is missing. I called the store. I asked for the manager. The man stated he was the manager. I go over what happened. He has an attitude from the beginning of the call. He tells me it only shows him 3 orders and they fulfilled all 3. I ask how I get refunded for the fourth as it clearly shows in my app and on my card that I was charged for that fourth order. He says he doesn't know anything about that. I can use the help option on the mobile app but he has no knowledge of how refunds work through the app. I asked for his name. He states that he doesn't have to tell me that. It's no longer required. I then try to tell him the lady at the drive thru ha confirmed there were 4 orders. Before I can finish speaking, he hangs up on me. I never raised my voice or used any foul language. I will never return to this location because there are always issues and now being talked to and treated this way. How very disappointing. I tried calling the 800 TACO BELL number to find out they are only open Monday thru Thursday 8am til 4pm pst. Guess I will be calling on Monday.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Ordered via Uber Eats.... received whatever was left before they closed for the day - Early... nothing in the bag was my actual order. Drove up there for... sorry nothing we can do for you, you'll have to get a refund thru Uber Eats.
Tried giving them a 2nd chance, HUGE mistake! Ordered thru their app, order was wrong, food was cold. Avoid at all cost!

The staff here is freaking awesome. Can't state that enough. Way better to stop here than the one right outside base.
Edit: it sucks that taco bell canceled the Taco Pass. Stopping by for my free Taco was a highlight of my day. Lol oh well 🤷🏿♂️

April 2022: That was 2 months ago. They still be messing up the sauce, but it has gotten better. During the day, the people are better. More polite. Food made better. Visibly full tacos. They only got 3 stars because the night shift is some CHEEKS. They randomly decide they don't want to make meals and the "system" can't take orders.
I always place mobile orders and I still never get my sauce. On MULTIPLE occasions. I ask for Mild, I get hot or fire.

Food wasn't as good as it should have been for a chain restaurant...lacked a little consistency from other Tabs. It also wasn't terrible by any means staff was kind and friendly, so the good humans hit the 4 star mark.
