First off the manager there has a very poor attitude and lied to me about the code on my receipt for the free whopper. I don’t know if she did it in purpose or just didn’t feel like taking the receipt with the code . But did have no trouble getting sing the same one at the Buford hwy location. I’ll never go to the peachtree corners one because of that nasty attitude manager.

My whopper Jr. was great but my onion rings were over cooked and hard. If they were cooked right I would have rated a 5 star experience.

All they care about is the window counter. They make you back up behind their sensor and wait until the good is ready. And today I ordered the Sourdough King with pickles.... no pickles, bread not toasted, and no sauce on my burger. I literally had 2 pieces of bread with the patties, cheese, and some onions slapped on it. Got no receipt. Horrible customer service. Filing a corporate complaint as well. Get your sht together.

horrible employees at this Location told me they were closed during open hours took for ever to get on the intercom to tell me and they had an atitude while telling me there closed even though clearly the hours were stating it was open zero starz

Went to BK by my house and we order the Bacon Double stacker got home and it was no bacon. Sandwich was $7. We arrived at drive thru we can hear the crew cursing and arguing on the intercom. When we went to the window the crew members was still curing and arguing at each other. Bad service and unprofessional. Tried to call the store but no one answered.

Burgers are always cold, never hot. Because the food quality is horrible at this location, I go to the 2nd closes location on Winters Chapel Rd and they are much better.

Got here around 11:35pm, they close at 12am. Sat in the drive through for five minutes without being acknowledged before we went to the window to see if anyone was inside. Workers were inside but ignoring us even though they were supposed to be open. Around 11:50 someone finally came to the window saying he was off the clock but would get someone for us. I told him not to worry about it but that he should know that weve been sitting here for about 15min and other people have left as well. If you're closing early at least say so, dont just ignore your customers.

My mom wanted to try the new spicy chicken sandwich. She really loves spicy and she said she'll be sticking with Wendy's. I got a Whopper and it was good, as expected. Lunch time was busy in the drive thru and some ordering inside for takeout, but mom and I were the only ones dining in at 12.30pm.
