I did an online order for the veggie. What a joke! It had a little lettuce, 3 slices if tomatoes which one was the end with rind in it, and cheese, thankfully I ask to add pickles. 4 pickles slices, gee don't hurt yourself! We called to complain the lady that answered the phone said she was the owner and she made my sandwich herself, and nothing is wrong with it. Where’s the cucumber and avocado that comes it?!? Save your time and money, Publix has a much better veggie! If she is the owner, she's a joke!

This used to be my lunch choice. They used to be freaky fast and the food was great, now they are freakin slow and they always forget something. It is not the same. It takes nearly 1.5 hr for a sandwich to get delivered a mile away and to top it of the delivery driver NEVER reads the delivery instructions.

James took and delivered my order. He was super helpful and the food was delicious!! He was able to get it to us in a timely fashion at the park and was super friendly, polite and respectful!!!! Amazing asset to Jimmy John’s!!! Thanks again James!!

Food is always good at JJ’s, but this location is the worst. Drive thru is always slow. Pick up inside is slower. We have waited 30+ min multiple times. For a fast food spot who’s mantra is Freaky Fast, this is a disgrace.

First time ever trying Jimmy John's. Delivery took 1 hour 45 minutes for about a mile away. Order was wrong. Definately not gonna bother again.

Sooooo slow. I just sat here for 30 min waiting for 2 sandwiches. I watched the workers the whole one and not only was there no sense of urgency (while about 6 people were waiting) they seriously barely moved. If the the big guy with the beard is the owner, he really doesn’t seem to care about his business. If that guy is a worker or even manager (he is there a lot) the owner really needs to hire someone else.

The management of this location need to step up, please know that your employees close the store 10 minutes early on Thursday June 17th, 2021, the big bearded African America male employee, turner away the customer before me and myself 10 min before closing time. I am sure they are violating the franchise policy, these two emplyees needs to be repremented. We drove a long way just to get Jimmy Johns for dinner, make it just in time with 10 min left before closing...what a disappointment.

This location is terrible. Over the last year I have gone there about 5 times and every time they are out of something:bread, tomatoes, cucumbers and today literally out of everything and not taking orders for ‘20 minutes’ keep in mind this is 12:50pm on a Wednesday. This isn’t Covid or supply chain issues, They always have 5-6 employees standing around doing nothing, they must like paying employees to make imaginary sandwiches, news flash you are a restaurant that makes sandwiches.. if you hate doing that then close your doors. It’s laughable how bad this location is.. take your business to the Peachtree Corners location or John’s Creek, always top notch, don’t bother with this place.
