The toast tasted stale. I asked for my eggs with cheese however, scrambled hard. They weren't and my waitress was not the best. I honestly think she has a intelligence disability. Due to the fact as if she didn't know what was going on. She seemed spaced out or as if her guest were speaking nother language. She wasn't attentive at all and she was very forgetful. I asked her a few questions about certain items and the pricing. She didn't have any menu knowledge at all. All of her answers were; "I don't know" or "I don't think so." I placed a pic of my check to show the waitress name. Because I wasn't sure how to spell her name. However, more training would be great for her.

Being Thanksgiving, breakfast places were jam packed. What people didn't know was the WaHo was open and has ever always been the diner that never sleeps. Service was quick and efficient, all staff were so nice, food was plentiful and hot. Thanks to all those there that worked today and still had a kind word for EACH customer. Happy Thanksgiving to all those wonderful folks!!!

So last night around 10:00 pm my fiance went over to waffle House was not properly greeted. The cook was placing food on plates like lettuce with his bare hands which to my knowledge is a health hazard and sick 🤢🤢

This is by far the worst waffle house experience I have had! The service was horrible, the server forgot my waffle and then claimed there was no more batter. I waited 15 extra minutes for a waffle to be brought to my table resulting in the rest of my food being cold.

We were immediately refused service as soon as we entered the door on Sunday, October 15 @ 1:25 AM. There were two booths that were empty, but not yet cleaned off, & there was no wait. Rudely informed that they were "Not taking any orders. They had to get cleaned up!". It just felt extremely unprofessional. My party and I were very disappointed. We all REALLY WANTED WAFFLE HOUSE.

I will not revisit this establishment. I just left there and their service was horrible to say the least. My friend and I walked in and chose a seat. The waitress proceeded to tell us we need to sit in another location because those tables were clean already. We decided we sat where we wanted to and I requested she give me the rag to wipe our section, from that point on I felt resistance/slight attitude. She took our order and I was precise on exactly how I wanted my food - the damn chef (a lady at that) clearly disregarded my request and served me burnt food. After getting our food the damn ratchets decided it was OK to leave out of the establishment to step outside for a break leaving NO ONE there to ensure we were good or asked if we needed anything else. They have down right terrible service.

Of course with any restaurant there are hits and misses, but this one is my absolute favorite. The corporate office is right up the street, so I always feel like I'm going to get good service even on the days when they're not at their best. I always drive out of my way to go to this one. Plus they have a good to Yelp score ratings.

The worst experience in Waffle house ever. The hostess was not paying attention, the drinks took a longtime to being served. Her uniform was dirty .
The steak was halfway burnt and overdone , instead of medium, the eggs was partially scrambled instead of overwell.
All in all just pathetic..
Four guy from corporate sat there and this is the service....
