It’s 7:18am and Kimberly has such a welcoming, positive, happy vibe. I literally left with her energy. Customer service is heavily lacking in today’s world so this experience really stood out. This is the BEST interaction that I’ve had with any Dunkin Donut. Kimberly, never change!
Give her a raise! Give her a raise! Give her a raise!

Pay attention to your Receipt they are charging $1 (a dollar) to NOT I repeat to NOT put ice in your cup how is it that you charge the customer for not putting ice in a drink that’s being purchase. Laila (supervisor) excuse was prices went up. Me; WHAT!!!!!! (🧐🤔 am I purchasing gas no a drink w/ NO ICE ) that should be more of a reason not to put ice when a customer request. Absolutely absurd & ridiculous customers are being charged for not wanting Ice in there drink. By Not putting Ice requires less labor. Laila was extremely unprofessional rude and argumentative with a customer she needs training on customer service and relations . Clearly she has no training a family member or friend hired her with no training(franchise location I was informed after asking for corporate number, Laila response as if she’s untouchable with being reprimand)
she is a complete embarrassment on Dunkin. I stated there should be a sign customer should be informed they are being charged $1 for no Ice don’t just take it upon yourself and charge customer. Charging for No ice is just distasteful. I requested a refund and will not be returning. There are plenty places that is better than Dunkin(convenient sometimes is not worth it and in this case it’s not). Business fail to realize & the pandemic didn’t teach business owners anything you need the customers the customers do not need your business get better customer service & relation training with staff. I noticed Most people who work at these low end paying jobs have the worse attitudes as if you owe them something. One of the reason people like myself are not spending hard earn money on business with bad customer service. And this place is one.

I went through drive-through and ordered some food. I had to go inside and plead my case as to why I deserved two jellies. I ordered two sandwiches and a hashbrown. I was told 1 little pack of jelly was all I got for free. I will never spend my money here again. On top of all of this, the food was nasty. 0 OUT OF 5 STARS!

I've never left a review before, but felt the need to after my experience this morning.
Was yelled at at the window by the female manager at this location after my card declined. She asked what I wanted to do after some of the money had been taken out of my account. I asked if I could get a refund, and if not, just throw the coffee away (regular black coffee). She told me to go get the money and was very angry and hostile. It was SO humiliating having to look for cash in my car and her getting increasingly angrier with me.

I stopped coming here a few months ago, because some of the employees were hostile. It seem like they were unhappy working there. I understand that morning rushes can be difficult, and it may not be a dream job, but there is no need to be snappy at people. Everyone is fighting their own battles. I believe, your business would improve more if you moved some of your employees to another work station to not interact with customers too much. It's just a suggestion.

I’ve been to this DD maybe 6 times and I can say with confidence that they NEVER get the orders right. It’s doesn’t matter how simple. Forget complex. I ordered a toasted wheat bagel with cream cheese and jelly. This morning through. The drive thru. They took so long to prepare the order and when it was ready it was just sitting on the counter waiting on someone to hand it to me. And of course as expected it’s not correct. How does cream cheese and jelly equate to strawberry cream cheese? Oh and of course no knife to apply the cream cheese to the bagel. I can’t. Either there are hearing challenges, language barriers or they just don’t care. Done waste your time going there. There is another DD approximately 3 mins away. It will save you time and headache.

It is 61 and sunny outside but you wouldn’t know it. It’s 83 and muggy inside. The heat was on full blast. I wanted to enjoy a coffee and get some work done but it was too hot to do. I propped open the door near me and you would have thought I was trying to hold up the place. “It’s so hot” - “the heat is off. Nothing can be done.” “Can you turn on the ac?” “Ac is broken”… nobody cares about the customer.

I am updating this. Stopped by and used the drive thru to get a milk shake and was asked " why use the drive thru to order a milk shake?" I was a bit puzzled but took that as a sign to not frequent the location anymore. I drive down the street to Sara's donuts and they never ask me why I am spending money lol, and always greet me warmly when I come order.
