The waiter was great! He called me ma'm, even though I'm 34. The fact that he was nothing but polite was awesome. The food was on point and we had two meals, two cokes, and two shakes. We only paid $15 for our meal and then $5 for the tip. It was happy hour, but eating a late lunch/early dinner for that price was awesome. It's the best fast food I like and cheap! Doesn't get any better than that! I'll def be back and will also go to other Steak 'n Shake's in the Area.

Willie was our server, great, friendly, fast service for our party of 11! We were seated quickly and greeted promptly as well. We have been here many times after our speech meets. We have always had good service.
It's my favourite place for burguer in a fast food. Good and fresh ingredients and excellent shakes.

This is the best Steak and Shake I have ever eaten at hands down. Definitely a cut above the rest. Food is always hot and fresh, with very fast service! This location is also very clean and tidy. I have come here multiple times and have had the same great service and experience!
Kiosks made ordering easier. Food was very good and the employees were friendly and helpful. Very good improvements to this location. I'll be back again.
Steak and Shake menu is pretty much the same everywhere. What made this experience stellar was the great service. There are kiosks to place your order but the person ate the front was still very helpful with special orders. She came around to make sure the people eating were doing OK. Nice experience even for a self serve restaurant.
A little disappointed that I had to go to a kiosk and order my own stuff as nobody comes to the tables to take your order like they used to. Nothing said either as I and a friend sat and waited. We figured it out on our own. Ordered 2 shakes and they were runny. The friendliness is gone. Don't see myself going back.
Today I decided I wanted steak and shake for my wife an I and I had the best experience at this store compared to the rest of noblesville this gentalmen was the best and it was the franchise owner Brock who is the first franchise owner I have ever seen work in one of his stores and he was by far the best person I have encountered there and I thank you for u being pleasant
The food was great AND the staff gladly remade my autistic son's burger because he didn't like it sliced. Steak 'n Shake is his favorite and we can't wait to go back! 😊
I agree with others' comments that S&S is not what it used to be. Everyone should know that going in and adjust their expectations. For us this location has done very well for several carry out orders in recent weeks, in terms of getting the orders right and the food was prepared well. So the 4 stars are mostly for their service, not the food quality. Their shakes are still pretty decent.
I do hate having to use a self serve order system. I always wonder how often they clean the screen. Otherwise, the food was great and the gentleman who made sure we were doing good using the self order system also checked on us twice after we got our food. Honestly, however, I miss having a true waitress. That was part of SNS appeal. I just feel like without a waitress it loses some charm. Overall a good meal and good service.
On a whim I decided to go here for lunch today. I'm glad I did. I've forgotten how good S&S can be. Best one I've stopped at since the epidemic.
