You guys have really got to step up your game. Our Chicken Bacon "Stuffed Crust" was just as thick as the THIN CRUST TAI DELIGHT! Very little stuffing and little flavor for all the bread. 3rd underwhelming stuffed crust in a row from this establishment. This is a $18 dollar pizza that we still have to bake ourselves. Please...make them like you have for the last decade.

There is an enormous sticker sign on the window, as big as the whole window, asking you to call from the parking lot and they will bring your pizza out to you. Do not pay any attention to that sign unless you want to waste your time. Unfortunately, you will need to get out, go in and wait with other people, some masked, many not, for your order to get any attention. This is not based on one experience trying to do what the window sign says, but several at this point. Two times, I have had to explain to the person answering the phone that the window at their store says this and I am only following directions. They always act confused and ask you to hold, which is the beginning of a very long and unsatisfying process. Just go in and take your chances if you want to eat this pizza.

Made a couple of visits recently. The service was much better this time. The pizza surprised me. It is better than expected. The sauce is tasty and the ingredients are fresh. The baking instructions are easy to follow. I would caution some on the family size pie. It may not fit in your oven. Only gripe is the value. You spend as much as eating out in a pizzeria but the cost is up there.

Ordered online. Received confirmation that my pizzas would be ready in 22 minutes. Went to pick up 30 minutes later. Had not even pulled my order yet. Lobby full of unhappy customers. Only 2 people working on a Friday night. Filling walk in orders before online ones. Finally received my pizzas 40 minutes later. Never again
