I came into the establishment, while there was a hostile customer complaining and causing a scene. The employee's handled it like boss's.. and took my order right away and were pleasant. I will just say it wasn't the employees who did anything wrong, the man was complaining on how they rang it up. But pizza was good and hot and not too long to wait.

This location is about the worst LC I've ever been to. The service is absolutely terrible, the staff (when you call them out from the back) are totally useless. Nothing is ready and wait times are always unknown. It's obvious that the management and staff is lacking any training in customer service. The last three (and my final) visits to this location were very negative experiences. I will only go back when I see a "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" sign in the window. A one star rating is also too high.

Pizza quality was pretty decent. For the price you won't find pizza any where. This place recently opened on July 24, 2018. You get classic large ready to go pizza for 5 dollars and many more. Most of the time the pizza is ready which means you can just order it take it and go. Super fast. You can also order pizzas with many toppings but you will have to wait. This place is in the same shopping place as Big lots and AT&T in the corner of Dempster and Harlem. Plenty of parking and easy to notice from Dempster St or Harlem St.

I ordered online an hour before I had to leave to work arrived and the guy hadn’t even started my order. Then when I asked why it wasn’t ready when I ordered an hour ago he said “I’m here by myself” there was no pizzas in the pizza portal nor were the an abundance of people. Service was horrible. I used to order from here frequently perhaps I should start going to other pizza places
