I love this place! The atmosphere is really relaxing and filled with cool pictures on the wall. The staff is very friendly and polite. The food is hot and fresh.

When ordering on the app, it does not allow me to get chocolate ice-cream in my blizzard.
However, all I have to do is ask when I get there and they do it.
I want to give a shout out to Noah, he has great recommendations!!! He is always professional and friendly, which that speaks volumes.

I got the new peanut butter puppy chow blizzard. It was really good, next time I'm going to ask if they can do half the chocolate chip things though. If you like those chocolate chips, you'll love it that much more.

Jacob is amazingggggg! Always had a smile on his face when we were there and just overall good vibes!! He was so helpful and really seemed to care about everyone! We will come back to see Jacob and we didn’t mind the tvs being taken down because we have tv at home we can watch lol! Thanks y’all and keep up the wonderful work! As for the negative reviews about tv- go buy one Dairy Queen is not your front room!

This DQ is worth driving the distance for. The customer service isn't always super friendly but they almost always gets the orders correct and the food and ice cream are tasty!

If you come to this DQ, you know that is is extremely busy during the summer months. The line is known to be all the way in the street. Today I went inside to order my blizzards, and the service was fantastic!!! Jessica at the counter had amazing energy, she was so upbeat and friendly and got our orders to us in less than 20 minutes. The staff in the back work really hard to coordinate the drive-through and lobby!!

The staff was friendly and actually quite fast, I know they have had staffing issues in the recent past and weren't able to provide grill items. They seem to have gotten this figured out as they had a full staff and full menu available.
With a family of 5 we ordered 4 of the $7 3 piece chicken meals and 1 of the $6 cheese burger meal deals. Order was correct and food was hot and delicious.
We visit this location often and will be returning...
Just an update... We have gone back and still friendly and fast service. :)

Edit: If the standard is to not have the ice cream touch the lid, DQ isn't doing itself any favors showing them that way on their site. As hit or miss on a lot of things as the Berrien Springs location is, they heap it up and dome lid it every time.
Not bad, but could do better. We ordered 3 Blizzards to go from inside the building. In most other DQs, when they finish mixing them, the ice cream is well above the top of the cup and they give you a domed lid to accommodate this. These Blizzards received a standard cup lid with a straw hole and the ice cream wasn't in any danger of touching it. That being said, the ingredients were very well mixed all the way through to the bottom, which is rare. The seating area also appeared clean and inviting.
