We stopped into Owowcow Creamery on Friday night after dinner. I ordered Carmel Cashew ice cream and it was delicious. It was the first time trying that flavor. The only thing I wished was that they had chocolate ice cream made and ready. The container was empty so my wife decided not to get anything.
We love Owowcow. Line is typically out the door on a warm/hot summer night. Flavors are interesting and the ice cream is always delicious 😋 vegan options are equally delicious. We go several times a year during spring summer and fall. The little organic grocery store next door is fantastic if you're looking for hard to find items.
The workers here was really amazing. They made my experience so enjoyable and fun. They were great to talk to and extremely helpful. I believe their names were Taylor and Devon and they were incredible at scooping ice cream.
This ice cream is delicious and love the helpful staff! My favorite is the Madagascar Vanilla with it's fresh local ingredients. Many of their ice cream is gluten free because I have a gluten allergy. Our dog loves the BowWowCow Pumpkin Dog ice cream.
Very tasty ice cream! Few seats, but they're nicely spaced and there are child-sized chairs. Vegan options are available and varied.
The ice cream was very good. We enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere with garden benches and carousel. We walked the tracks that a temporarily dysfunctional miniature train runs on and discovered a sort of small zoo of critters to visit. It was a lovely evening experience.
Nice place & delicious ice cream! Since I live in NJ I don't come here often but when I'm in the area I stop in for ice cream. I like trying the monthly specials. The place is clean & the staff are very friendly! A must try!
Long time customers here! Used to love this place, and still do, it always had amazing ice cream! The staff is always so nice and pleasant! The shop itself and ambiance is so Cute and quaint! Has charm, and lots if memories for us!
Some point last summer, however, started noticing that ice cream is getting less creamy and more… almost watery flavor. 🤷♀️ Came back quite a few times, and same thing with different flavors! Came back, of course, this season, hoping it got better! Sadly, it didn’t. Lots of ice bits in an ice cream. Crunchy even. Daughter’s strawberry flavor barely had any strawberries in it, tasted like a watery vanilla with a touch of strawberry flavor. Sad and disappointing.
Honestly LOVE their ice cream … let’s call it what it is … EXPENSIVE $$$$ but it’s worth it! What I DONT like however is the attitude of some of their staff … Literally just went in to grab 3 PRE PACKAGED pints of ice cream from their freezer … when I went to pay the screen pops up asking if I want to tip …. I hit NO … then a loud SIGH comes out from the girl behind the counter, she throws my 3 pints in the bag and shoves it towards me …. Maybe she’s having a bad day? But I’m sorry I’m NOT going to tip you … I literally grabbed the ice cream myself from the freezer … just annoyed with this tipping culture in general … but it certainly ruined my experience which definitely isn’t ideal especially after spending over $50 …
This is quaint creamery with great icecream flavors. Highly recommend it. We got 6 different flavors among our group and everyone loved it
