i never leave reviews but this place is absolutely AWFUL. they are unnecessarily rude, always mess up the order even if its not busy, our fountain drinks are OUT OF SYRUP so its literally just club soda. we’ve tried to call them multiple times to complain and they dont answer the phone (i called when there was no one ordering) do not go here ever, not worth it and you will get ripped off of your money.

I ordered online. Order was not even started until I walked in to pick it up. It took them 45 minutes to make it because they kept giving my items to the drive thru customers. Janice snd Kevin gave me raw chicken and left their used gloves in my daughter’s sandwich. As usual, they were out of fountain drinks. The store was dirty. Trash on the floors. Open garbage cans, they don’t change gloves when they go outside and come back in (well they changed them in my food), no masks, several other health code violations. I can’t believe they are still operating.

So I ordered from the Drive thru and the lady had a heavy accent and didn’t seem to understand me. I ordered a 5 piece Nashville hot chicken meal and I wanted an additional 8 piece hot Nashville hot chicken by themselves and not a meal. Some how she ended up charging me for all of that then an additional 3 piece of Nashville hot chicken which added another $8 to my meal that I didn’t realize until after I left. So when I brought the food home to eat all three of the containers were filled with almost an inch of oil at the bottoms of all three containers. I know Nashville hot chicken is DIPPED in oil. It should not be soaking in oil. Then after all of that the chicken was way over cooked and was so tuff it was inedible. Threw it all away, $40 down the drain. Ridiculous.

When I found out about the new KFC sandwich I rushed over. It looked so scrumptious and fresh. However, I came to this KFC not knowing the horrible experiences people have had and almost threw up. The chicken sandwich was not crispy at all and it tasted so bad, that I felt like chucking it out the window!! It was soggy from the inside and stale from the out. I do not recommend this place to anyone for their safety and well being. Good Day

I came through the drive thru today around 1pm. A woman with a very thick accent took my order. She was very nasty and loud but whatever as long as my order is correct I don’t care. When I pulled my vehicle up she abruptly opened the window and said $27.59. I gave her my credit card and a few minutes later she opened window and handed me back my card with my order of food. I asked her for a receipt. She said it was in the bag. It wasn’t. She then said she handed it to me with another “offer for next time”. I told her the receipt wasn’t in that either. She said “well I don’t know what you did with it, lady”. Why would you not provide me with a receipt of purchase? And why was it necessary to be so rude? I’ll say this - If my card is compromised in any way shape or form as a result of this woman or this establishment I will press charges. I am actively monitoring my account as I have a bad feeling about this situation. No one should have to drive home hoping they weren’t just robbed by a KFC. And I will not tolerate theft.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. Very rude. The heavy accent lady all she does is yell at the employees and is so rude with customers. They never have chicken breast I have gone several different times and just leave when being told no chicken breast Their soda is just nasty. Doesn't have syrup on it so its basically club soda. Do not go here it is horrible and a waste of your $$

I had to review because of what I witnessed. If a place is so so I will refrain, but this place is an exception. I Walked in today 26 March 2022. Only 2 people in the dining room. I noticed they did not eat, I asked how was their meal? They replied that it was way overcooked and did not fininsh. I waited in line (only Me) for 5 minutes; they saw me and not a "i will be with you," or any smile. I noticed the place smelled like old grease, and the food area had a coating of old grease and my shoes were slippy on the floor. There were boxes and garbage on the floor in the prep and cooking area. I turned around and quickly exited. I was going to surprise my family with a bucket and sides meal. I went with my instints on this one and looked them up as I write this. I guess this is normal at this location.
