Dunkin'

So I went into this Dunkin Donuts today and ordered a medium ice coffee with just cream and I asked for less ice the guy says ok pull up I asked him how much and he tells me $3.75 I said thank you and pulled up I finally get to the window and look at the price located under the window it said $4.25 I said what’s $4.25 the Indian guy says because I asked for less ice I had to pay more money I looked him rite in his eyes and told him to give me my money back now that’s the most rediculous thing I have ever heard he tried to rob money from me and I will never ever go there again can imagine how many people he stole money from. This isn’t over I am calling the better business bureau. You tried to steal from the wrong person….. everyone stay away from this place:

Just got a coffee here which was first made incorrectly due to a worker mishearing me at the drive thru which I dont mind, I’m never one to cause an issue with someone serving me as someone who used to work in the service industry. It was a mistake. I didn’t say anything besides that its just not what I asked for in which a heavier set caucasian man yells through the drive thru window that I did, in fact ask for the incorrect drink. He talked over me when I tried to explain what he misheard and told me that I am the one who made a mistake. This is my coffee order EVERY morning I did not misspeak my order. If he admitted to mishearing me, fine, I do not mind at all but he was incredibly condescending I will not be coming back as long as that rude, arrogant man is still employed. All the other workers are kind and polite.
