I had to wait for fresh fries, but at least they didn't give me bad fries, which is very respectable. Fresh hot spicy Nashville Hot tenders, mashed taters, biscuits, fries ALL DELICIOUS. Top it off with an ice cold Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning and I'm in a really good place. The employees here do the right thing and they are nice and communicative.

I’ve been to this KFC a few times only to be turned down by an unexpected sentence that seems to be reoccurring: “we have no chicken.” What kind of chicken place has no chicken, am i missing something? Dry little popcorn balls taste like rocks found on the ground, sauce is congealed and probably sat out for months. If you were expecting quality you might as well run for the hills.

Myself and 3 other truck drivers tried to get food. Lobby closed. Wouldn’t help us at drive threw. Told us to order on line but all 3 of us tried with no success. COVID is over. Open up walk in already. We don’t have to dine in but food would be nice.

If I could give this dump 0 stars I would. What a absolute joke waited nearly 30 min for a 2pc combo order then while waiting looking around at how filthy and nasty this place is. Had them refund my food be because apparently that was to hard of a order for them to complete. Any manager that'll let the restaurant get that far out of line should be fired immediately. I'd hate to see what the insides of their homes look like. Don't waste your money on this disorganized disgusting place.

Have been sitting in line for 25 min. Cars are turning and leaving. The person in front of us has been waiting 15 min to have his order taken. Last time we were here they said their fryers were down so why were they open. You couldn't get chicken

I stoped by kfc in newton ks again hoping to finally get the service and quality I've come to expect from kfc. Yet again I drove away disappointed tried to order a 12 piece meal extra crispy legs and thighs and was told that was a "special order" just because it is not posted on there menu board and for "special orders" i needed to go home and order online and come back in forty minutes. Now there is an 8 piece legs and thighs on the menu board so I guess i could have ordered 2 of those without being a "special order". I have spent 20 years in resturant management including many years for Yum brand foods that owns kfc I have never seen a business work so hard to drive away customers and there money than this "resturant". I called the district manager and his only comment was the manager could have been nicer when they sent me away with my money and no chicken. It's a sad day when you have to order ahead for fast food.

Im a truck driver on the way through here and decided to stop and grab some chicken to eat after i stop for the night. Got the chicken and took off because i didnt have a lot of time. The Manager don't listen when you order and just gives you whatever... I ordered a 12 piece dark and get to where I was going and opened the chicken and it was all white meat. Extremely mad right now.

Person told us to wait 5-10 mins on drive thru with no one ahead of us. Well then 10 mins later they tell us they dont have white meat.... Don't know how this place is still here. Horrid management. Sounded like the workers didn't want to work.
