Sonic Drive-in

Very disappointed. Was not sure if the machine was working properly because after pushing the red button and watching the people inside taking orders but not responding to mine I asked one of the workers who was delivering the food out if the machine was working and she said yes but the workers inside would look at you from the inside but would not take my order. After several people had gotten their order who arrived after I had. I moved to a different spot and tried that machine and again still no response. So moved to another and finally after 20 minutes they took my order and was very rude with taking it. I have never been at any other location and gotten this type of service. I will definitely not go back. Very disgusted with the service. Trying to post this with no stars and it won’t let me. So having to post with one star just to get it on here. Not cool.

Food is very Good .... service is non-existent! Waited 15 minutes for somebody to answer order button ... twenty minutes later asked a server when my food would be ready ? Said she would check on it . Another 20 minutes I pressed order button , asked me if I wanted to place an order .. no wanted my food I had already ordered . Said they had thought I had left ! Don’t go there at night at least !
