Love the scene here. Make your reservation using Open Table. The food is marvelous. Unfortunately, their bread pudding is the dense kind. Still tasty but I prefer to be able to see the separate bread pieces soaked with custard.
It's a pretty decent brunch place with a great vibe—a place for a weekend chill with friends. The food is just right; nothing particularly stands out that would make me crave a return visit. The sandwiches, mussels, and other dishes did what they should, but it's not enough to make me want more. I'd recommend it for trying out new places, but it doesn't top my list of the best—at least, based on my taste buds!
Another wonderful culinary experience at Fable & Spirit. Macy our server was great. We enjoyed as shareables the Guinness Brown Bread, the Hamachi crudo, butternut squash ravioli (incredible!), the pork belly and Brussel Sprouts. They were all delightful and disappeared quickly from our table of 5. For mains we had the bucatini, salmon, halibut, chicken confit, porchetta, and short ribs (yes, a party of five ordered six mains and we did have some leftovers). Really enjoyed the atmosphere too.
Great experience eating at Fable & Spirit. The cocktails and wine selection were great. The food was amazing and the restaurant also had a very tasty options for our vegetarian friends that accompanied us. The Octopus, rabbit, and bone marrow were all amazing appetizers. I really enjoyed the rack of lamb and halibut dinner plates. The Risotto is amazing!!! If you have any room left, I strongly encourage you to get the pumpkin spice cheesecake. The atmosphere is great, even if you're seated outside like we were. Many heaters and the staff is very accommodating.
Cool artwork and style. Our waiter was prompt, funny, and new the menu well. All the food from appetizers to main courses were so good. We tried a little bit of everything and nothing was mediocre, it all was delicious. Can’t wait to come back.
I had an absolutely lovely time on an otherwise rainy day in Orange County. The food here was phenomenal and so were the cocktails. The Guinness brown bread is a must but be warned, it is filling! The service was just as good if not better than the food. I will definitely return.

Had no expectations of finding a top-tier Irish restaurant in Newport, and definitely did not expect to devour an entire loaf of cast iron buttery Guinness Bread by myself.
The Wood Fired Octopus is a love story to fire and water, and you won't find a better prepared Rabbit Fricassee this side of Kinsale.
The servers genuinely enjoyed being there, and their love for the food and spirits was contagious. The spirits were priced as you would expect for location, but they were considerably "alcohol forward" and unique

The burger to end all burgers. I had the burger here and it was the most burger I've ever had, so good in fact I don't see the point in eating another one ever again, it's just going to disappoint me now that I've had one at F&S. My buddy got the fish and chips and it had a great semi-puree of split peas with a curry aioli, delicious. I ordered the friends in high places cocktail which I can only describe as drinking a Barbie doll, not my favorite.
Also Johnny was our waiter and was awesome. At many restaurants I go, waiters will often push the more expensive dish. Johnny didn't, between two options I asked about and what I was looking for, he recommended one that was what I was looking for, not the pricier one. I really appreciated that.
Nice high end restaurant with nice bar in good location in Lido. Dishes are sophisticated, great presentation and cooked perfectly. Bartender are entertaining. Nice smoky cocktail.

Everything was phenomenal. The restaurant has great ambiance and it’s very cheery. The food is top notch and service is very quick. I started off with the mangalitsa pork belly. The flavors were intense and it melted in your mouth. The couscous bedding was rich and delicious. I was told to try the fable burger and it did not disappoint. A large beef patty cooked perfectly with thick strips of pork belly on top. The cheese was oozing out every bite. The truffle fries served as a side had great flavor and were cheesy which was great. Do not miss out on this place.
