Probably the coolest bar I’ve ever been into. Great music great drinks. Sadly it’s not as lively as it could be during the week, maybe some drink specials would entice more folks to come enjoy this eclectic piece of Newport Beach history.

Bartender was really nice. Music upstairs was ridiculously loud, and he stopped what he was doing to help out and turn it down.

Blue Beat is a fun place to see/ hear live music. Decent drinks and a great rooftop patio. A lot of other bars around to round out the night.

Love old school restaurants. Wonderful beach area restaurant. Nice view, great for people watching and drinking good beer. Diverse menu and good service. I am a Realtor in Pomona, when I don't have an open house I love finding gems like this place. Can't wait to go back.

Quint old time spot just around the corner from the beach. Walk from sand to the best suds and food! Bartender Manny is kind, cordial, friendly and welcomes all who walk in the door! Food is awesome, calamari on point and flatbread pizzas are amazing! Stop in, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Good place to stop in for drinks and food. This has been a local favorite for a very long time. Found this place in the early 2000's. Bartenders are awesome and all the servers are friendly.

This was way better than the good reviews. The bar was busy and the staff was on top of it. Never had to wait for service once. Jeff's service was outstanding and the food was amazing. If you're looking for an experience worth your time and money, you have to come before the live music starts or you wont find a seat. This is a local hangout with good food, drinks and music. The kitchen has a big window next to the entrance. It looked so inviting. It was worth going in. We will be back.

Always love this place for the live music and the rooftop. Today they had both!
They also added several vegetarian 🌱 dishes to their menu that aren’t on the website so that was a pleasant surprise. I’m usually stuck surviving on their sweet potatoes fries. Oh, and the service is always amazing. Thank you!
