Yessir!!! You have to try it to make your own opinion but between the service and transparency of the management when it comes to ingredients I'm instantly in love from first visit. I'm satisfied with the prices too! If you're in the area, give them a try. As a non meat eater, I'm beyond happy!
Build your own burger...good service. Great burgers...and parmesan fries. Really excellent veggie burger also.
The food is good. It's nice to be able to conjure it up the way you like it or pick from the menu or both. But the walls are dirty with food and the booths have missing (not just torn) vinyl. If they would clean and do some repairs, I would give them 5 stars. Just so hard to enjoy ones burger in these conditions though.

This is a incredibly good burger place and that is pretty much all they serve they do have a bar inside and be warned it can be and usually is very noisy inside though they have patio seating that is very nice. To be honest I only go here when I have a buy one get one free coupon for a burger with someone because they send those in the mail to local homes. Their burgers are absolutely incredible and the selection is huge and totally customizable well to a point that is one other thing certain sauces and standards that you'd expect to see you dunk on their menu such as standard Thousand Island dressing which many people put on Burgers obviously. But anyway the food is great but the size options on the beef burgers are a little silly considering the small Burger is a 1/3 pound the medium a 1/2 pound so I think if they had a smaller option it would be much better because the burgers with all the awesome extra ingredients they offer would be more manageable and having a lower-priced option would be nice because quite frankly this place is extremely expensive to go get a hamburger and french fries and a drink for two people you're going to be looking at spending 25 to $30 each that's why I only go when I have a buy one get one free coupon still if you have the cash this place is definitely worth trying it's absolutely delicious and overall a solid nine out of ten restaurant. Give them a try.
Great food and excellent service every time. Amazing burgers...love picking everything for it down to which sauce or spread to have on it. Meat is high quality and cooked perfectly each time. Best fries I have ever had anywhere...the parmesan garlic fries. Come here for a great overall experience...you won't be disappointed.
The Counter opened this location mid July 2010 and I am sad to say it took me two weeks to notice.
Excellent food I had a 1/3 pound burger with pepper jack cheese, pineapple, honey mustard and onion. A side of fries and deep fried pickles.
Friendly staff, we arrived about 10 minutes before the opened at 11am and received a warm greeting from the manager who took our food and drink order. After that we were delighted by the rest of the friendly and smiling staff who check in on us throughout our meal.
Treat yourself to the best burger place in town, and ask to sit on the patio to enjoy a cool ocean breeze.

I love coming here - it's one of our favorite nights out.
The quality of the ingredients is the absolute tip-top and I love that they freshen up their awesome menu with fresh items from their "market selection" menu. My favorite market selections so far have been the fried pepperoncinis and the fried avocado. Very rich, but very tasty and indulgent!
I like that you can tell them how to cook your burger because I like my cooked medium and fewer locations offer that nowadays. Anyone that says they ended up with a dry burger probably ordered it well done, in which case, you deserve a dry burger! haha. I've also ordered their chicken breast in place of a burger before and found it moist and flavorful.
I love their fries (sweet potato and regular) and their onion strings are outta this world.
They don't take reservations but they were VERY accommodating when we wanted to host a surprise dinner for my husband’s recent birthday. In fact, we were so impressed with the service and the way the staff accommodated all of our guests and all the different ways to settle the check (“I’m paying for her and her and myself, she’s paying for this person and so-and-so and so-and-so are doing this that and the other…”) that my husband and I tipped for more than the actual cost of the bill to show our thanks.
I know that there are a lot of other build-your-own-burger places out there, but this one is my absolute favorite. Check it out yourself! It’s got the tastiest burgers EVER.
Hands down my favorite burger joint. You custom make the burger to your tastes, so how could you not like it? They use good ingredients, and have a huge selection. They also have really good milk shakes and fries.
My absolute favorite place for burgers. Try the make-your-own-burger option. If you know what you're doing, you can get a fully customized burger for under $13. Aside from the premium toppings (which are $1 each), you can add as many toppings as your little heart desires. Fries and onion strings are not included, but if you're willing to splurge a little extra, the onion strings are to die for!!
Build-a-burger experience. There is almost too many menu options at this place! You can get many different types of burgers and all sorts of toppings. I think you can even get a slab of steak on there if you want - and then condiments of your choice. The sweet potato fries were great. Surprised this hasn't taken off.
