Ixtapa Restaurant

I just have to say I have been coming here for over 20 years and never had a problem until tonight. Me and my daughter came in after dinner rush we ordered a bean and cheese burrito and a kids quesadilla … it was $29. We ordered and within 30 seconds they brought out my daughters quesadilla which had obviously been microwaved not even a minute later they brought out my burrito. Weird. The food was bland whatever I almost nearly finished and I pull out a long black hair. My hair was up so I know it’s not mine. The waitress came and asked how it was and I told her about the hair. She did not apologize she did not take it off the check which is whatever. At that point I just wanted to pay and get out of there. $29 for a burrito with a hair and a kids quesadilla. After over 20 years … I will not be back. Food quality and service is not what it used to be. Very disappointing.
