Bert's Chuckwagon Bbq

Ordered the brisket twice and wasn't disappointed. Nice portion of tender meat. The potato salad is delicious and the baked beans are smoky. Wish that was cornbread instead of a biscuit on my plate though.. I see low ratings due to people's food allergies which is just wrong. The food cart isn't responsible for your poor food choices if you have allergies. It's a food cart! Definitely good food here and we will try the tri-tips next!

Food is always delicious their BBQ sauces are out of this world. On top of that, Richard remembers me from one weekend I worked with him when I was 15 and that was almost 10 years ago. Not only do you get great food but you are treated like family! Definitely a small business that goes above and beyond good food service 💖

BBQ is one of my favorite meals and I'm extremely picky about texture, flavor, the BBQ sauce. This place has, hands down, become my go to bbq on the occasional weekend. Only pitfall is they're only open 3 days a week and I'm only in town Mon-Fri. They're limited schedule is the only reason they aren't getting 5 ⭐'s.

Terrible experience. Came from the coast and my husband loved the food so he brought me back. I have an unusual food allergy (corn) it is extremely hard for me to eat out. I love food trucks because I can talk to the actual person making my food. Corn is in almost everything including some ketchup and some shredded cheese. They knew about the corn syrup in the ketchup but the l women cooking told me the only ingredient in cheese was cheese (cornstarch is sometimes used as a anticlumping agent) she snapped her answers at us and was extremely rude. Did she not realize that she could actually kill someone with her lack of food knowledge and more importantly her lack of care. I wouldn't trust this woman to cook for my worst enemy food.
