Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ll change my stars to 5 in the next 6months. Today March 9th, 2022 at 4:45pm I came in for a burrito. The person who fixed my burrito was a short white girl with gold/ a little reddish hair pulled in a ponytail. Long hair. She had a hard time rolling the burrito but she tried to do it so fast the whole burrito was about to fall out and apart. It started to look unpleasant so I told her its okay I can roll it. This girl caught the nastiest attitude, I asked her for a foil to re roll it, she gave me a bowl and threw my bowl on the counter and walked away without giving me a receipt. When I asked for my receipt she threw her hands up and mocked me. I was stunned and told her she has a bad attitude. I wasn’t nasty towards her I offered my help as I know how to roll burritos and she lost it. I feel beyond disrespected and I am highly disappointed as this is my favorite place to come to. She will NOT ever prepare my food again! I never had a bad experience like she gave me. Everyone else is nice and pleasant. TRIFLING disrespectful young girl!!

Have been here a few times now. I used to frequent the one at Christiana mall before this place opened. The outlet is big and spacious and conveniently located. The staff have been very courteous and pleasant so far. I love the chicken at this place. It is a bit different from the other Chipotle outlets and I am loving it. The portions are generous too as all Chipotle's usually are. I guess this is going to be my new outlet whenever I crave for Chipotle going forward and I hope they keep up their good work.

Worst food at this Chipotle location. We were group of 3 people ordered burrito bowls, veggie quesadilla, chips, guac & queso. Looks like this location was opened recently, rice was half cooked, worst queso, chips were not fresh, guac was ok. Our lunch was ruined. This is the first time that I hated Chipotle.
