This is so ridiculous. I spent $15 on 4 wake up wraps, a cold brew, and a donut. The donut was stale. The wraps as you can see are not worth $1.99 or more. 3 of the wraps we received had HALF an EGG AND HALF OF A SLICE OF BACON. My cold brew is so extremely sweet that i can't even drink it. I know majority of DD in Delaware are not as good as before, but this one takes the cake. This is the absolute worst DD ever.

The team here is always on top of it! I asked once to place my avacado toast in a bag - and they did it EVERY time I ordered it thereafter!! Great job. They deserve tips!

Keisha&Julie are the nicest girls I've ever met at Dunkin and I dont even have to tell them what I want! I just pull up to speaker and they tell me to come to window! That's what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Every time I come to this Dunkin Donuts, my tea is made incorrectly. All I wanted is a sweet iced green tea. I tell them to put 6 pumps of liquid sugar in the tea, and it's still not sweet when the standard amount is 4 pumps. I tell them to put 8 pumps of liquid sugar in the tea, it's watered down, and still not sweet. How hard is it to make a sweet iced green tea? You literally fill the cup with ice, put however many pumps of liquid sugar, and then add the tea. What is not clicking? Where is the discrepancy?
