Sonic Drive-in

Food was excellent. My shake was made perfect, corn dogs, tater tots and popcorn chicken we're all delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful, when I asked what was on the new big dill Burger they looked it up for me and when I pulled up to the window, the woman was super sweet. I took one star off of my rating because some of the staff were wearing their masks on their chin or neck. I also saw a rat outside near the back where the ordering kiosk is.

Update! Went to this Sonic again and this time I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was uncooked on the inside! I will NEVER buy food from them again! I went to Sonic just for the cake batter shake bit wound up getting a cheeseburger with fries. It was around noon. My fries were cold and so was my burger and to be honest The burger tasted like cheap meat and the fries sucked too. I've had burgers that weren't hot so the burger didn't taste bad because of not being hot. The meat just isn't very good there. But that shake tasted just like I was licking a bowl of cake batter it was delicious! I'll definitely get the shake again!

Late night drive thru is the worst these young cats in there don't know how to Welcome someone always have an attitude when you pull up and at times leave you waiting not knowing if there are people working or not. It's a shame how it is here. Need better worker or the workers need more training. Rather drive 20 minutes away to Elizabeth for better service.

This location is horrible,they hire nothing but kids that work for wants not needs,So they have no customer service skills what so ever,I visited the location & purchased a pretzel twist & grape slush,once again no cheese with it,I told the young lady I had no cheese she yelled @ me & said give me your bag back,I replied why,she said I don't wanna touch your cheese,never brung my bag or credit card back to the car,but sent this by another young lady,this is not how the cheese is served & definitely not around the time of a Pandemic,We're not out the woods,They never wear gloves,very Unsanitary, PERIOD

Haven't been to Sonic in quite some time. Food was delicious as I remember! Hot and fresh.🍔🍟🥨 Cheeseburger was like I made it at home! I asked for burgers with cheese/ ketchup only and they were done amazingly well. If it's that good standing alone imagine the possibilities 🤔😊 Fries and pretzels so delicious. Strawberry limeade to wash it down. Super satisfying!! 👌🏽 The customer service was on point too. Polite and helpful.
