After a day of running around the city I ended up stopping in to check out Oro Bakery and Bar - the fact that it is both a bakery and a bar is enough to peak most people interest. I had heard fabulous things about Oro's happy hour specials from some friends and really wanted to check it out for myself. They did not disappoint! With 2-4-1 drinks and a happy hour that goes til 8pm how could you go wrong? I ordered the ORO Classic which is a cocktail mixing sparkling wine, bitters, and topped off with a brandied cherry! AMAZING! Not to mention I felt super classy having champagne at happy hour. Not only were the drinks cheap but the staff was so friendly, They took our orders as soon as we were ready and then came back just to chat. Oro was pretty quite when I was there. There is even free wifi so you can post up at the bar and get some work done. Overall awesome hangout spot!
