I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Monica, Mani and Sebastian- thank you for making our Diwali celebration in the midst of a pandemic so safe, perfect and special. The food and service are outstanding! The best Indian food available in Chelsea and the West Village. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

A must try contemporary north Indian restaurant. Sujan our server made us feel very welcome. Dishes are very creative and tasty. If you like Indian food without too much oil and grease, this is the spot. Also the wine list is amongst the better that I've come across... compared to most of the other Indian restaurants. Cheers! PS I haven't tried but their Saturday brunches are supposed to be Southern Indian dishes. Hope to get to try it one day.

Good cocktails with modern Indian food. My only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is that the waiter was snippish at times. When I asked for the dessert menu a second time, his response was "Again?" with a dollop of incredible sass which wasn't the dessert I was going to ask for For vegans/vegetarians: As always Indian cuisine offers a lot of options for vegans and vegetarians

I am sorry to even write this. This used to be great restaurant but over time the food and the quality of service in this restaurant is getting worse. I think the owner needs to be more often there like she used to. The taste and the presentation of food has changed may be the chef has changed as well. The biryani i took was horrible. I remember their biryani coming in a small cute pots before and was as tasty as it looked like. Now its coming in a ugly wok and as its look its not tasty. Glass for water was wired as well felt like basically the cups of the dessert were repurposed were extremely tiny and not to mention no one was caring if we have water or not!! Used to be one of the best place to eat indian but i am very disappointed to say- i might not be back if its like this.
