Went for a late lunch had chicken, brown rice, mac n cheese and kale Cesar salad. It was delicious!!!! This is what American food should taste like. I highly recommend. I also like their ethos, their committment to social responsibility and food justice. Photo is the property of Veranda Baker do not use without express written permission.

maybe a year back i stopped in. built my meal. then when i got to the front i was told card only. unfortunately i only had cash; and embarrassingly was gonna walk away. the man behind the counter looked at me and handed it off. true compassion. it doesn’t matter what you do in this world if you do it with love it’s a different brand. thank you.

Dig Inn is great. I think of it as Chipotle, if chipotle served Thanksgiving food. Don't skip on the Mac n Cheese. It's ungodly good. The sweet potatoes will make you want to slap to mama.

Excellent location. Staff are extremely nice and professional. Both times I’ve been the staff have been fast and nice. The food tastes great and comes out quick. One time, an order took slightly longer than expected and they handled the situation incredibly professionally without any prompting from me. That kind of awareness towards a customer is exceedingly rare and amazing to find. Cava down the street could take a few lessons from Dig Inn’s playbook. After having both, if I were deciding on where to eat based on service, I would only go to Dig Inn.

Solid healthy lunch. One carb/grain, two sides and one protein. You can add avocado and a few other things for a bit more. All in all was really tasty. Couldn't want anything more after 10 hours of flying and being starved. Can totally see this become a weekly habit.
