I get to eat here a lot since I work in the area. I have to say the service is always great and they keep the place neat consistently. Rates are fair and they serve big portions.

Pretty decent Mexican food for FiDi / WTC downtown Manhattan. What caught my eye is their Jalapeno Margarita in a pitcher, pretty good quality (not Spicy enough) and quantity. The taco shell salads are massive, warning - be prepared to eat for a while. I took off a star because the Fajitas were really underwhelming. Overall, a place to come back and revisit other items on the menu.
