A few days ago I had lunch there the food is decent. Once your seated service is pretty good. But my review is about when your waiting for a table. I’ve been there several times and not once has an employee acknowledge me or other customers who are waiting for a table and the times I’ve been there we have never been greeted. I think that’s the whole point of dining out is the experience of being acknowledge. I never feel like I’m a valued returning customer.

Got stuck during a rainstorm and found this spot. Food is ok. Staff is extremely friendly. Go for Happy Hour and shopping!

I stopped in for lunch here one day and throughly enjoyed my experience. The service was attentive, the food delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed. For the longest time I didn’t even know this place existed in Bloomies, but I’ve enjoyed going back on several occasions.

Located in the basement at Bloomingdale's dept. Store, This is a very cozy burgers and fries place. They have a variety of burgers with different sauces. They even have a veggie and mushroom burger. There is also a full bar if you want to just have a drink. I have the mushroom burger with garlic aioli sauce on the side. It was very tasty. The service was excellent. This is a go to place if you are in the area shopping and want a quick, inexpensive bite to eat. I will definitely eat there again.
