When the Lyft driver came and said he was there he waited with me but no lyft driver and he dropped my call I heared from another driver and took partial payment for a no show. But I was there BEWARE OF THE ADDRESS IF USING A GPS IT NOT A BIG DEAL TO ME BUT TO S CAB DRIVER EX:,LYFT OT UBER. THE NEXT I GOT INTO TOLD ME THE ADDRESS I GAVE HIM OFF THE RECEIPT FROM CHARLIE'S CHEESE STEAKS IS DIRECTLY ON 7TH AVE IN FRONT OF THE PENNSYLVANIA HOTEL. I TEXT THE DRIVER BEFORE HAND AND TOLD HIM THAT I WAS AT CHARLIE'S CHEESE STEAKHOUSE DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM OLD NAVY. DID THAT WORK HELL NO.. LESSONED LEARNED NUT NOT MY FAULT.

I was sitting here with my friends minding my own business when and older man who worked there made made me feel uncomfortable. He said in a rude manner “MAY I HELP YOU” add he didn't say in it a nice way, he was being very rude. He talked to me like I was somebody on the street. I have never been talked to like this especially by an older man. I have always had good experiences with charleys because the food is good as H*LL. This man was very rude and should be talked to & educated on how to talk to customers and especially females who are young, and BLACK.
