Fast, affordable and friendly. Two people can split a full delicious meal for under 20 dollars with a tip. I love the won ton's with noodles they are my personal favorite.

One of the best Chinese restaurants ever been to. If you like a straightforward, no frills, Chinese food, this is the place to go. The restaurant itself is pretty small. The customer service is also lacking. However, the food is amazing. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area or if you like great Chinese food.

It was good restaurant, but now,
I recommend chef wash his hands, when he finish his food, today, when I go in he is eating, he spit a bone to his right hand, then he didn’t wash/clean his hand, and use his right hand to cook noodles to me.

One of our favorite spot for Cantonese food.
The price is very reasonable.
And somehow I don't need to wait every time I went there.
Their curry beef stew with rice noodles is the must, I ordered this everything I go.
Also the salty fried pork is the best! I highly recommend everyone should order this plate.

H K Wonton Garden offers amazing Cantonese inspired dishes in the heart of New York Chinatown. This no frills eatery delivers delicious plates of noodles packed with flavor. Their standout ginger scallion noodles are some of the best in the city surpassing the famous competition closer to the bridge. Popular with the tourist crowd HKs interior is decorated with currency from the four corners of the globe. This fantastic restaurant should be on your top five list for the next trip to NYC Chinatown.

The waiters were decked out in stylish Hawaiian shirts, the food is good value for the price, and the portions are generous.
While my friend and I made small talk for a few minutes before deciding what to order, we received a few looks from the waiters, but they seemed pretty nonchalant. (They were wearing Hawaiian shirts, after all.) The menu had what seemed like 300 items, so if you're indecisive you might want to bring a 300-sided die with you. Or you can defer to the "chef's special" section, which had only a dozen or so.
The "eggplant with garlic sauce" was covered in a delightful orange sheen and it was delicious, although a bit sweeter than one would hope. The mapo tofu is pretty typical but I don't remember there being any meat.
If you're nearby and in the mood for mapo tofu and eggplant, this isn't a bad spot.
