Guys I was so disappointed. The charge of 30 per person is literally per piece. The pieces are also really small. It's cute but it's not really worth it. They also dont give you your food until your whole party arrives.

Stumbled in by chance on a random Tuesday night with my sister and cousin. They only have prefrix. Taste was ok, nothing amazing.

I am torn giving them 3 stars. The place is quaint enough. In true New York City style, you can expect to be packed into a tight space. The teas were fine; I confess that I am not enough of an aficionado of tea to tell between amazing teas vs. simply good teas. The food that accompanied the teas were a little sparse. It wasn't that I came to pig out; I just would have expected a little more given the service I have had at other high-end tea services. Given how onerous it can be to get reservations here, I would say that any other tea service that you could get would be just as good.

This is a truly lovely, romantic UES find. Good for holiday celebrations. They also have a great upstairs for a private party of about 12 (I'm guessing on the exact number).

For tea service, it's hard to beat the price of this place. Old but charming ambiance, but the tea selection is on the poor side. Not the top option but probably the best bargain tea service.

Charming decor however there were definitely some things that could be improved. The first thing I noticed was that they served us tea bags in pots instead of loose leaf tea. As a result the tea came out a little weak. The sugar bowl could also have used tongs.
