Amazing from the moment we walked in to when we left. Staff was courteous, attentive and overall made our visit very comfortable. Food portions were massive, and I think we got our money’s worth. I got the Chicken parm, garm parm fries, and cheesecake! Everyone at our table loved their own orders, and we even purchased some merch on the way out. Also, a must visit location for any fans of Lady Gaga! Will be returning all the way from Toronto, Canada! Thank you Joanne!

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious!! We started with some wine, which was a healthy portion. We ordered the fried calamari and it was wonderful. Their marinara is the bomb. I had the chicken parm. One of the best I’ve ever had. My friend ordered their special of the night, which was seafood ravioli. Wait staff is great, loved the atmosphere. 10/10

The place looks really good and our table was ready when we arrived. There's a little bar in the front where you can order some drinks while you wait for your table. Cocktails can be really expensive so I recommend Waiting and ordering some wine while you eat. Went with 3 friends for a birthday celebration, but we were disappointed to find the food was mediocre and the service was not so good for the price. In our case, the waiter accidentally accidentally dropped 1 of our wine glasses and it spilled all over our clothes and shoes, but he didn't even say sorry or offer some towels to clean our clothes. He just went on to clean the floor and bring another glass of wine and charge it of course. We were convinced by the Lady Gaga popularity and visited the restaurant, but wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends. Sorry.

Very great atmosphere. If you’re looking for romantic, date-y vibe, this is your spot! Wait staff are excellent. Chef and staff are responsive and accept feedback quickly. Over the restaurant wants you to be happy and have a great time! Food was good. It’s NY so you’re paying NY prices (not a problem at all) and they are willing to adjust menu to make sure you get what you want (I wanted meatballs and sausage and they delivered, very happy!) The only reason this is a 4 not a 5 is I think the food was good not awesome. BUT, I will be back! It was tasty enough for me to want to visit again :)

Came here for a post graduation lunch with family. I wouldn’t have minded the high prices if the quality of food and service were worth it but the food was less than mediocre and the service worse than diner service. I ordered a Cesar salad with grilled shrimp. The lettuce was the dregs of the romaine, didn’t include anchovies or Parmesan and the shrimp tasted like store bought frozen shrimp. For $28 dollars I would expect much higher quality ingredients and preparation for a salad. Dressing tasted like institutional dressing. The calamari app and the rice balls were also sub-par for the price. And the bread was sliced bread and very dry— bordering on stale. Finally, the bill included the tip as we were a party of 6, which is totally fine but we did not realize that and added another 20% on top of that. That was OUR fault, but a quality restaurant SHOULD point that out to its patrons especially when it significantly jacks up the bill. I rarely write reviews and almost never write bad ones but this restaurant left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Disappointing experience. It felt understaffed (one server for the whole place - not the staff's fault obviously) which caused long waits for ordering, getting drinks, etc. The tablet menus were flashier than they were useful. The touchscreens made it difficult to navigate the menu, and it was clear they did not have enough for their evening seating. The food was mediocre at best (bruschetta was good, meatballs were extremely dry and ate like a rock, fish had no seasoning on it). What really stood out is they ran out of the dish that my partner ordered so they just brought him an entirely different dish without asking him. We were able to get an alternate, but when we got the bill, the server had noted "Customer changed his mind" on the order. Nah, bro. You literally just brought us a totally different thing that we did not order. And it was covered in ingredients we could not eat and would have declined if you had just asked. I would not recommend a visit here.
