Dunkin'

First of all, the store is NOT temporarily closed. Second, i waited a very long line just to be greeted by a very rude young white lady with glasses. She told me that they’re arent any hot food even though its in the menu. I told her that i made a very long line for nothing. She shrugged her shoulders and said ok in a rude way. There should at least be a sign saying that there is no hot food. Because i wasted 10 minutes of my life. 0 STARS FIRE THAT RUDE WOMAN DONT GO HERE.

The younger light skin female with the glasses is extremely rude......all the time. I work in the station so I encounter her a lot when I go there. She will ignore when you walk up to the counter. She doesnt look at you or greet you. I ordered a donut once and she was so uninterested that she took my money and walked off without giving me my donut. And when I asked her what time she opens she said she doesnt have a time. Really? This is basic customer service. Just because your life sucks doesnt mean you have to take it out on the customer's. Do better

Perhaps the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Service is very slow and rude. Once, I asked for a (cold, plain) bagel and was told “we’re not making hot food today.” Another time, I saw a tourist yelled at because they didn’t order quickly enough. A third time, an employee stoped what they were doing to chat with a friend who walked up, despite a long line. I could go on and on. Avoid this location - you have alternatives.
