Went in to get a coffee and coffee roll. I asked if they can warm the coffee roll up being that it is cold. They told me no. Every time I go into a Dunkin I order same thing e ery single time. Coffee and warm coffee roll. They were being very lazy and not helping the customers. What happened to the saying the customers are always right. Not in this establishment. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY

I would give them minus five star if I can. I only go there coz they’re next to my work. Customer service is horrible. Once they almost spilled hot coffee on me. One guy stay there just to make some money. Why would you work if you don’t like working there?!? See the picture. I ordered medium iced cappuccino and more than half of the cup is filled with foam. Really? Did I pay $5 to get a small cappuccino in a medium cup?!? Worst Dunkin I ever been. They really need to train these employees or get new people. This is unacceptable in a place like downtown Manhattan.

Ive been on the fence about writing a review however after 6 months of ordering here I’ve come to the determination that this is the worst Dunkin ever. I mobile order every morning at least 10-15 mins before pickup and every time it’s wrong. The staff does not read the order properly and gives you the wrong items. What makes it worse is when you kindly tell them there was a mistake they become upset at you for their error.
They always get avocado and hummus mixed together, they never get it right despite the ticket saying it. When you do get the avocado toast after telling them, they are upset and place the box upside side down leaving all the avocado stuck to the box and the outside of the box is always greasy and dirty. They seems to have an issue with properly reading the ticket seeing as when you order something with whipped cream they always forget it. What makes this more upsetting is that you pay for these items and they have the audacity to ask you to pay again to add whipped cream to a drink that you already paid for with the app. You can even show them the app and receipt and they still make the customer feel wrong.
The drinks are not consistent, for example I ordered a Matcha latte and everyone makes it different. One person puts ice in, then the milk and finally powder. While others mix the powder properly and then put it in the cup. This changes the taste of the drink every time and not to mention when the powder is not mixed properly you get it all in your mouth which is just awful and caused me to choke on dry powder stuck in my throat. To top it off, I ordered Matcha and they gave me a regular latte, so I told the staff and they dumped the latte and then used the same cup to make my Matcha. I find this very unsanitary and it changes the flavor because now you are mixing a latte that was in the cup with Matcha. That’s caffeine overload.
Today was the last time I would stay quiet due to the severe inconsistency’s and un-professionalism. I spoke with someone today to get a refund for something I ordered but they didn’t have and the cashier begins to make a phone call in front of me and ignore me. I asked if he was doing my refund and he ignored me again. At that point I told him I’m very unhappy with their service and for the last 6 months they always mess up my mobile order. The cashier named Sumar had the audacity to tell me “that’s only your problem”, apparently no one else has this problem and he emphasized that it’s just me. This made me very upset because I have called customer service to give feedback multiple times and I even stressed to check their footage.
Overall I won’t be revisiting this location. The staff needs to read the tickets and be efficient, if a mistake happens then own up and make it right. Don’t talk back to the customer because you made a mistake and don’t wanna do it over.

Customer service isn't their best since the people working there have difficulty understanding english. I ordered a small dark roast and had asked for 1.5 sugars, but only by the time I got to work, I realized they gave me 3 sugars, which was way too sweet, ended up tossing the whole thing out. I called back, the cashier apologized and said my next coffee would be free on behalf of Imran. I got there today only to be told that I could only make changes the day when i ordered, which was not what the guy on the phone told me. They were adamant about not giving me a $2 coffee.
