Went there for the first time today and had such a pleasant experience. Food is in bowls, and you have the option to build your own with a base, sides, and a protein. The food is generously seasoned, super tasty, and healthy. Even if you don't like veggies this place will help you like them. Staff was friendly and accommodating with my gift card issues. Apparently you need to use the website to input your gift card code and then it'll direct you to log into the app with an account! There's a nice place to sit down and eat downstairs as well.

I tried a bowl tonight. The kale cashew base is highly recommended!! Meatballs were good. I found the charred broccoli and cauliflower a bit too burnt tasting for my liking. Staff is friendly!

Best Dig in the city, the staff is exceptionally kind, will try their best to fix any issues no matter how small. Managers are also incredible. I am always greeted kindly and picking up my order is always an enjoyable experience.

A typical salad store for white people, it's not bad, I may come back to give it a second try. Selection is good but how they word it on the menu is very confusing, because they are trying to use fancy English language on the menu.

They change their menu (at least some of the sides) seasonally which is nice! The broccoli is probably still my favorite side, surprisingly. 3/3 of the times I’ve come to this store though, I’ve had to wait for 10min for the salmon to be cooked, for some reason. Must be a popular dish or I’m just super unlucky 😆

The DIG on E 23rd across from Madsion Park is MUCH cleaner, organized, welcoming and they keep your pre-ordered food secured behind the counter. The DIG on Broadway is the complete opposite of all of it. Anyone can grab your food, its dirty, crammed and completely disorganized. Their location is convenient for tourists but do yourself a favor and walk a couple blocks over to 23rd Street.

While I’ve never sat down and eaten at Dig Inn, I’ve catered for medium sized groups (10-30 people) on many occasions and Dig Inn does not disappoint! I don’t think you can go wrong with any dishes from here. Definitely order some of the sauces on the side.
