This place is great. Their bento box basically let you have 10 different types of food without having to order them separately. Great place for eating out by yourself.

Hands down my favourite Japanese resturant, and not only in NYC! Of all time! I have been coming here for three years after discovering it while extremely hungry with a friend. The service and food is incredible, and it’s always the same people. Love the consistency. Sushi is always top notch and everything else is really good too. The tempura is perfect and very light and flaky. So glad that they have stayed opened through COVID! Please support local businesses and eat here, you will not be disappointed!

I ordered pad thai and this is the first time I didn’t like my pad thai, was so dry and there’s something lacking I could not tell. Even the salmon teriyaki which my husband had, he said was only average for him.

Very low quality fish. Tasted old and flavorless. Tuna looked brown.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Had food poisoning for 5 days. The worst food poisoning I ever had. I ate with a friend she also felt digestion discomfort but I had way more so I got the brunt of the sickness. I’ve worked at several Asian restaurants and the sushi quality did not taste good but I was hungry and ate it anyway. Would never come back here again

This is indeed super fresh, super quality, very friendly casual place. All rolls we’ve tried were great; tempura is pretty much the same as I tried in Japan. Bento boxes are great. Lunch specials are delicious and plentiful. Definitely earns title of the neighborhood gem!

Kind of wary at first due to it being empty but my worries were quickly cast aside when we received our appetizers and they were absolutely amazing. Our entrees were just as good and we would definitely recommend this place to our friends
