If you want to eat pizza, go to Cafe Metro and order Buffalo Chicken Pizza with BBQ Sauce.
NOTE: BBQ sauce is very hot so ask to the chef your pizza ingredients
I order breakfast and lunch from here often. The soups are really tasty. The omlette platters are good too. The portion size is decent especially for food in the city and for the price. Lunch and breakfast hours are crowded which is why I do online order for pick up. It pays off if you're on a rush. I believe they are owned by the samr people who own Fresh&Co. which means just a fun fact. I recommend eating here.
Lots of good options.

Decent place to stop for lunch. Not a lot of room to sit and eat, but there's enough. It's also good as a to go place.
Overall, does well if you need lunch and can't decide.
The place is humble. The wood stove attracted my attention. I love it when food is prepared in it. The variety for vegetarians or vegans are limited but extra super tasty. Some organic choices too. The hygiene in this place is TOP. Clean people clean food and clean customers lol. Did I mention that the clothes of workers are very clean too. Super nice workers, super friendly. In short words, warm food made by warm people. We are visitors from Saudi Arabia. Thanks for the warm welcome smiling faces. Love you
Husband and I stopped at the 7th Ave location for breakfast on our way down to Macy's yesterday. Western omelet with French toast for him, everything bagel with cream cheese for me. Delicious, fast, clean and friendly. Definitely going back on our next NY trip.
