Starbucks

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Starbucks and was fortunate enough to be served by Angel. His professionalism, politeness, and kindness truly made my experience exceptional. As a business owner of various companies, I can confidently say that if Angel ever pursued a career change, I would hire him in a second. His exceptional customer service skills and friendly demeanor are a true asset to the Starbucks team. Kudos to Angel for making my day!

This is a very high volume Starbucks so expect long lines during their busy hours plus a mess when there are simply too many customers with overly complicated drinks to handle. Regardless of that, they do a very good job keeping it all working and running fine. Be patient, be polite and you will enjoy yourself :)

Service was awesome. Rob, (I’m pretty sure was his name…) came to the rescue when I nearly had a line of people waiting for me to pay for my order when o was unable to find my wallet for what felt like an hour. He told me that he’d just put my order aside. Truth was, I only bought a scone so I could use the bathroom. I’d enjoyed the day in the park for so long that I failed to consider some people need to do that sometimes. While I was leaving the stall I heard what sounded like a tourist asking Rob how to use the bathroom door with the code even though the code was displayed right in the outside. He was so nice to them. Finally, after I’d finished washing my hands, I told him that there was no TP in one of the stalls. He thanked me and When I turned around I saw him immediately head for the bathroom for what looked like was to replenish the stock. I really hope I got his name right. Either way, That kid’s parents did him right.

Spacious Bux in TriBeCa located very close to City Hall Park, Pace and Weill Cornell/NY Presbyterian Hospital. Lots and lots of seating including seating that overlooks the park. Individual tables and a larger communal table if you're looking to spread out or make a friend. Has a restroom with a code, which is nice, if you're in the park. All the usual Bux offerings. Service and music are usually good. I've had some grumpy experiences but the morning crew right now is pretty great. Keeps me coming back.
