Great atmosphere and the boss is a highlight - he’s a great guy and really good at developing rapport with customers especially regulars. The food is great. Just what you expect for proper NYC diner and you can tell it’s appreciated locally as busy. The home fries are a bit underdone for my liking but everything was great.

We stopped by (a bit exhausted) during our city trip and had a warm welcome and cold water served immediately. The dinner is really oldschool and the stuff super friendly. The food was delicious and the portions big enough to fill our stomachs. On top the owner gave us cookie for free when we left. We had a really nice time there.

Walked in and simply said, "Yia-sou tekanis!" And was greeted with a great big smile from the gentleman behind the counter making everyone's favorite java brew. Was instantly made to feel at home in this quaint and yet spacious diner. Sarah wouldn't let me sit at the counter. She insisted I take a booth to be more comfortable, and I'm glad she did. The place wasn't too busy, so everyone in there was attended to with a great personal touch and the meals came out quickly. I had a veggie egg white omelet, home fries, and rye toast 😋 👌🏾 😍 and was comp'd a double shot of fresh oj and a small fruit cup. Great service, atmosphere & food!! #LocalGem #theresthatfoodie

Very nice, though unassuming place. Friendly staff and cozy, local atmosphere. Very good food in solid portions that are definitely worth their price (had waffles, eggs florentine and a milkshake - all top notch).
