Came here for my 18th Birthday! Super tasty tea and pastries with kind and attentive staff. It’s a lot of food honestly, wasn’t able to finish it all. Cool place to chill with loved ones (I spent a good 2 hours here probably)

Great time having high tea at the pembrook room at the Lowell hotel. Tea was great, even when I picked one and didn't like it, they changed it out for a second one. The small treats were delicious. The scones were warm but not dry like traditional scones. They were also not as tasty, more butter needed in the recipe. Clotted cream and lemon curd rocked. Service was great. Small space so reservations are a must. Outside space would be nice during the appropriate months.

This place is just awesome! Never had such a pleasant experience on afternoon tea dining. Waitress speaks multiple languages and the dish are just awesome. We pick the empiral set where it comes with the cavier. Fabulous but tables are limited so make reservation ahead of time.
