There to watch Buffalo vs Arizona college basketball. UB alumni had entire top floor. Wings were great, beer was uninterrupted, had great TVs with sound on, staff was great, and the UB Bulls won!!!
I thought it was great. The food was really good and priced right. Its a great place to grab something good to eat or just hang out and have drinks with friends. I really enjoyed it. The waitresses were super nice. Greeted you, took good care of you, brought the food on time, excellent service. Would definitely recommend this place and go back in the future.
Awesome little bar (even though it was Karoke night). I enjoued the cold tap beer. Definitely worth checking out.
Loved this place. Great staff, good food and definitely a locals place. I met a few nice New Yorkers and enjoyed a great dark beer.
This was one of the first bars I've visited when I moved to NYC. I've made some great friends with the staff there and I keep coming back.
It's never difficult to grab a drink, even when it's busy. The music is great as well is the food.
The roof top is perfect when it's warm and the location makes you feel as if you're away from the tourists, but they're literally a block away.
I highly recommend this venue.
Three floors dedicated to social gathering. Who woulda thunk it. The third floor has a section that is outside which is great on summer nights. They don't have a view, but you can enjoy the fresh air. They have tasty food and happy hour specials and they are incredibly accommodating with groups of people. If you call ahead of time they will give you a section for your group and if you have a big enough group they will give you a designated server which is so convenient.
Good drinks and burgers. Clean, proper. Bartenders Meghan and Louise are honestly great. I usually greet Meghan with "hey Bensonhurst" or "hey Bay Ridge" but she never corrects me. Karaoke on Wednesday nights but it starts late (10-2, I think. Inquire within) Been there more times than I can count.
We came here for Happy Hour on a Thursday. Joined by 4-5 girls-- we really liked their Cotton Candy Cosmopolitan and the Pomegranate Lemon Drop Martini. Somehow made it upstairs to their 2nd Floor. There was pretty big windows that looked out at the street. It was fun to people watch from the bar and tables to everyone across the street. The bartender was really nice and actually really funny. The food menu wasn't bad. We split a Thai Chicken on Pita Bread it was really good and not too filling but perfect to line the stomach for a long night of drinking. Overall a 5- star, great customer service, good food, and fun music. Would absolutely come again.
Great drinks - I had the Irish mule. Got the boneless chicken wings and they were awesome. Not just boneless wings with some sauce splattered on top, these were instead thoroughly covered in the sauce. Very tasty.
Great experience. They made room for our large group on short notice and then provided fast and friendly service so that we were able to make our bus in time. My hamburger and fries were both very good.
Had a late lunch with my brother & sister. Burgers & pulled pork sliders with sweet potato fries. Very good! We ate on the 2nd floor. The main floor seemed more like a sports bar & the crowd seemed to enjoy it.
Tried few places between 5th and 9th (where i was staying) and found none so engaging, accommodating, friendly and nicely laid out places. Life music, friendly atmosphere, really nice food and wide selection of taps made my day and got me to come back every evening. Service was really friendly and prices didn't got me to re-mortgage my house. I will strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat, have a nice night out or even to drop by.
Great, great place for after-work drinks or a summer birthday evening. Of course, I can say that because I've done both.
The top floor/roof area is classier than you'd expect and the bartenders are quick on their feet. So refreshing!
